Fixolutions Systems Private Limited

At EveryWare, operated by Fixolutions Systems Private Limited ("Fixolutions", "we", "us"), we use and share your Personal Data to provide the End User Services to you through our digital App, which includes support, personalization (such as language preferences and setting choices), and communication about our End User Services.

The purpose of this App is to integrate you digitally with the customer care of the Business User or white good manufacturer.

When you use our App, such as registering your complaint, we share your Personal Data, including name, contact information, date of purchase, warranties or AMCs and Transaction Data with those Business Users or service agency.

Once we share your Personal Data with Business Users, we may process that Personal Data as a Data Processor for those Business Users.

Our privacy policy explains our information practices when you provide Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to us, whether collected online or offline, or when you visit us online to browse, obtain information, or conduct a transaction. PII may include: your name, email, mailing and/or home address, phone numbers, or other information that identifies you personally.

The PII you provide on the EveryWare App will be used only for its intended purpose. We will protect your information consistent with the principles of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We may share the above information with the Business User, white good manufacturer or service agency on a "need-to-know" basis in the performance of their official duties, or with other named technicians as needed to quickly process your request or transaction. This information is only used to redress your request or complaint through our App.

Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and the Personal Data associated with it at any time by emailing support@everyware.in from the email address linked to your account. We will delete your Personal Data within 30 days of verifying your request, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with law, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

Security

At EveryWare we take the security of all PII very seriously. We take precautions to maintain the security, confidentiality, and integrity of the information we collect through our App. Such measures include access controls designed to limit access to the information to the extent necessary to accomplish our mission. We also employ various security technologies to protect the information stored on our systems. We routinely test our security measures to ensure that they remain operational and effective.

We take the following steps to secure the information we collect:

  • Employ internal access controls to ensure that only personnel who have access to your information are those with a need to do so to perform their official duties.
  • Use technical controls to secure the information we collect online including, but not limited to:
    • Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
    • Encryption
    • Firewalls
    • Password protections
  • Periodically test our security procedures to ensure personnel and technical compliance.
  • Employ external access safeguards to identify and prevent unauthorized access by outsiders that attempt to "hack" into, or cause harm to, the information contained in our systems.
  • We hold our contractors and other third-party providers to the same high standards that we use to ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of personal information they may have access to in the course of their work.
