Download the EveryWare app from Google Play, sign in with your phone number, add your appliance and describe the issue in your own words. We take it from there, with no helpline calls.
Technicians work with independent service partners, not directly for EveryWare. When one is assigned to your job, you see their details in the app before they arrive, and an OTP at your door starts the work.
You see an itemised estimate in the app before work starts: the visit and diagnosis, labour from a fixed rate card, and any parts with a proper invoice. Nothing is added without your approval in the app.
Every job on EveryWare comes with guaranteed work. If something isn't right after a repair, raise it from that job in the app and our team will take it up with you.
